Cashman has proven its value on some of the most significant projects of the last 25 years including the largest slurry wall project on the East Coast, the largest design/build commuter rail-line restoration project and the deepest soil mixing project ever undertaken in the US.
While were justifiably proud of our accomplishments on these groundbreaking construction projects, we apply the same approach on civil projects large and small: understand the unique details of each project and how to sequence the work to safely maximize production, assign the right personnel from project managers to foremen and give them the equipment and financial resources to get the job done.
Marine
Cashman's marine construction capabilities have been proven time and time again. Our management and marine construction personnel are the best in their field and our fleet of equipment including barges, cranes, and dredges of all kinds is one of the most extensive in the US. We have successfully completed a wide range of complex marine construction projects along the East Coast.
From pile driving, outfall diffuser installation, shoreline facilities, jetties and bulkheads to pier and terminal projects, Cashman has the expertise to meet your every marine construction need.
Dredging
Whether it's keeping shipping channels open, cleaning up contaminated bodies of water, or building new beaches, Cashman has the equipment and team to complete the job. Our expansive fleet of dredging and marine support equipment has allowed us to undertake some of the toughest challenges in dredging. From the Hudson River PCB Remediation to deepening Newark Harbor for Post-Panamax vessels, owners consistently choose Cashman.

Demolition
Our capabilities in demolition projects of all types and complexity have been proven time and time again. Demolition of critical structures requires the highest level of safety and careful planning. These principles are ingrained in every Cashman employee working on a demolition project. Whether we're using a jackup barge to remove bridge sections a hundred feet above water or detonating explosives, there is no margin for error. Working in conjunction with a our expansive fleet of barges and landside equipment, we can tackle virtually any job.
Wind Power
Through our affiliate, Patriot Renewables, LLC, Cashman is a developer, owner and operator of commercial-scale wind energy projects. Patriot has an active development pipeline of wind projects in the northeast and is the lead owner and operator of Beaver Ridge Wind a 4.5 megawatt wind power facility in Freedom, Maine.
Patriot currently has two more wind farms in Maine under development and is looking to others in the future. Cashman has the experience to both build and manage wind operations for other developers as well.
