Project Engineer / Scheduler

We are looking for a Project Engineer/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and or related field and basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera P6 to assist in production of AutoCAD drawings and Primavera Schedules. The position requires a self-starter who is team oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced diverse organization.

This position will be responsible for creating and compiling technical content for business proposals, statement of qualifications, letters of intent, prequalification documents, marketing brochures, other business-related materials, and the company website. The Proposal Manager will have experience in technical writing and submitting proposals to commercial and government customers and will play an integral role in responding to Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualifications to all customers through concise written presentation, clearly communicating Company strengths and customer benefits. This role requires general knowledge of civil and marine construction and a basic understanding of marketing concepts to support Company branding initiatives, including upkeep of all web-related and digital media, content development, and maintenance of marketing materials. Commercial Project Developer, Solar

We are looking for a Commercial Solar Project Developer to join our team. This position will be responsible for implementing a variety of commercial solar projects ranging in size from 500 kW to 10 MW. This will include identifying new solar project sites; drafting pro forma financial statements, to demonstrate financial viability; negotiating land rights; and managing the host relationship throughout project development and implementation. This position will serve as the project executive working closely with the project manager, site superintendent, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, and environmental agencies. In this role, the candidate will also be responsible for guiding projects through the interconnection and permitting process. The ideal candidate must have strong finance and budgeting skills and proven experience in project development.

Field Engineers

We are currently seeking Field Engineers for work in multiple marine disciplines. Field Engineers provide onsite engineering and technical support, quality control, construction management assistance, hydrographic / land survey. Individual will be responsible for document production, and daily quality control and quality assurance monitoring & reporting. Desired candidate must be willing to work demanding schedule and work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required to meet schedule. Extensive travel and / or relocation based upon project assignment may be required. Field Engineers are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment during all operations and tasks. and for marine surveying or related dredging and marine construction surveying work.

This is an entry level position; prior experience in the dredging field is preferred, but not required. Candidate must have high school diploma though maritime or engineering school graduate, co-op students also considered.
