Mamaroneck Harbor
Mamaroneck, New York
• Dredging / Ocean disposal of 170,000 cubic yards in 3.5
months.
• Working in shallow waters (4 feet at MLW) required
constant tide
monitoring for dredging efficiency.
• Restored harbor to over 10 feet at MLW to allow commercial
and
recreational boating and maintain a federal channel.
• Dredged a very large surface area - approximately 1,000,000
square feet.
