Somerset, MA
• 2,000 CY of sediments unsuitable for Open Water Disposal removing using a Manitowoc 4000 crane
• Sediments excavated using a 14 CY “CableArm” environmental clam shell style bucket
• Treatment occurred in the scows and included dewatering and the addition of Portland cement
• Sediment transported to Marion Landfill for beneficial reuse
• Work performed in accordance with required regulations
• All work performed met or exceeded the project specific environmental constraints
