• Remediation and removal of multiple areas containing contaminated grits and screenings.

• Established exclusion zone in the southern landfill to contain 75,000 cu. yds. of contaminated materials.

• Constructed a new secure landfill using HDPE liner, sub-drain leachate collection system and vent piping.

• Constructed new roadway system to accommodate future Deer Island contracts.

• Systematically remediated a complex existing landfill within the confines of an environmentally sensitive island area.
