Administrative Analyst-Wind Energy

Description: A small but successful renewable energy company in New England is seeking a support person for our Wind Energy Operations Team. We are looking for someone based in Maine that can supplement our existing operations team with a mix of administrative and organizational expertise. We are team oriented. Responsibilities will vary depending on need but are expected to be 75% administrative/analytical and 25% on-site presence to assist teammates with day-to-day activities such as scheduling contractors, ordering parts, and preparing outgoing packages. The environment is fast-paced and frequently changing, offering an opportunity to be part of a high-functioning team of experienced analysts.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and reading skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience using Excel and Word.

Regular Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creation of weekly graphs of power generated at wind sites
  • Enter records of work performed into databases
  • Order parts (as needed)
  • Manage and order consumables
  • Accounting/credit card coding
  • Help maintain parts inventories
  • File various daily site reports in electronic filing system or in site databases
  • Various routine office and administrative duties as needed
