Jr. Software Developer

What You’ll Do

  • Assist and become the leader in the development and maintenance of internal tools and custom applications.
  • Support the automation of reporting processes and data workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to identify software needs and implement solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and assist in code reviews, debugging, and testing.
  • Use data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Familiarity with:
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    • Version Control (Git)
    • UX/UI Basics
    • Unit Testing and Debugging
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Microsoft Excel (Dynamic Arrays, Array Formulas, Macros, Graphing)
    • Basic statistics and math principles
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
