Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join our growing team in the Investor Originations role. This position will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with institutional and retail investors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and possess high-level skills in investor engagement, financial storytelling, and deal negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new institutional and strategic investors in the tax equity market.
• Lead investor outreach, presentations, and relationship management efforts.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of investment partners, including banks, insurance companies, high net worth individuals, and corporations.
• Lead collaboration with internal teams (underwriting, legal, and structuring) to align investor goals with a deal pipeline.
• Develop and prepare investment summaries, marketing materials, and financial performance reports.
• Represent PREC at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings throughout the country when needed.
• Lead our monitoring process on market trends and provide insights into investor appetite and competitive landscape.
• Create new investor relationships in the industry that PREC can leverage into new deals and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in renewable energy, project finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of raising capital or managing investor relationships.
• Deep understanding of tax equity structures (ITC/PTC) and clean energy finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with deal execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Compensation:

Location:
This position is based in Quincy, MA, with flexibility for occasional travel as required.
